Tai Chi/Qigong

This program focuses on improved health and fitness through a combination of 8 Section Brocade, Yijing Jin and Tai Chi.  8 Section Brocade and Yijing Jin are both forms of Qigong and have been practiced in China for thousands of years. They incorporate calisthenics, stretching, meditation and breathing exercises to train the vital energies of the body to improve health and balance in the human body.  Tai Chi is an internal Martial Art practiced for self defence and health.  Research studies have shown that these activities have many health benefits.
