This program focuses on forms comprised of stances, kicks, punches, balances, jumps, sweeps and throws. Modern Wushu is based on an aggregate of traditional Kung Fu styles and can be practised for self improvement and competition. It includes training in hand forms and weapons such as the spear, straight sword, broad sword and staff.
