This program focuses on fitness and self defense using free style Wushu combat training. Sanda is the regeneration of ancient martial arts combat incorporating striking, grappling and wrestling techniques. As a sport, it is a competition using a mix of martial art techniques, a common set of rules and regulations and is one of the fastest growing martial arts system in the world. Although appropriate for those interested in competition, most of the students in this program focus their training on fitness and self defense.
