Join Taishan School of Martial Arts Online Classes!
As the community enters an emergency shutdown, we would like to help people stay active and healthy, while keeping ourselves and others safe. To do this, we will be offering online Kung Fu classes free of charge, where students can continue their training and learn new skills.
Classes are open to all current and former members as well as their family and friends. They are geared to all levels and we encourage you to join as many classes as you wish. Starting April 8, we will run four classes a week (approximately 45 – 60 minutes) each emphasising a different aspect of Kung Fu as follows:
- Thursdays 7pm – emphasis on Sanda (combat and self-defence techniques)
- Saturdays 2pm – emphasis on Tai Chi and Qigong
- Tuesdays 7pm – emphasis on Praying Mantis Kung Fu
- Wednesdays 7pm – emphasis on Wushu

To optimize the class experience for everyone, we ask that you start each class with your camera on and microphone muted and help us maintain a respectful online environment for everyone. Make sure to give yourself space to safely exercise.
