School Reopened, starting Oct 20!

Taishan School of Martial Arts has received guidance from York Region Public Health that we are able to remain open as long as we adhere to the rules listed under Section 13 of the Ontario Regulation 253/20: Rules for Areas in Stage 2.This means that sizes will be restricted to 9 students per session. We are opening additional sessions to accommodate for this change. Yang Shifu and Xu Shifu will be connecting with you to confirm your time and/or offer alternatives. We understand that this may cause scheduling conflicts for some students. For these students, and those that are not comfortable returning, we will suspend your membership until you are able to return. Please note that other safety protocols remain in place: 1) Classes will remain focused on conditioning and technical training.2) Students must maintain social distancing during class (2 m) and follow the instructions of the teacher in regards to movement during training. 3) Masks must be worn in the public spaces in the building4) Temperature checks will to conducted before you are allowed to enter class and each student will be asked to sanitize your hands. Please do not come to class if you have a temperature, cough, or other flu-like symptoms 5) Please try not to linger in the public spaces before and after class. 6) Classes may end early or begin late in order to allow for cleaning and disinfecting between classes. Thank you for your understanding as we work through this difficult time. Stay safe and be well.
